01acceptance of terms

By accessing or using the Lifinity Creators platform at creators.lifinityrx.com ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Platform.

These Terms apply to all visitors, creators, brands, and other users who access or use the Platform, including any integrations with third-party services such as TikTok.

02description of service

Lifinity Creators is a platform operated by Lifinity, Inc. ("Lifinity," "we," "us," or "our") that connects health and wellness content creators with Lifinity's brand partnership opportunities. The Platform facilitates:

• Discovery of creators relevant to men's health and wellness content
• Collaboration invitations and campaign management
• Communication between Lifinity and participating creators
• Integration with TikTok and other social media platforms via official APIs

03eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Platform. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

04creator obligations

As a creator using this Platform, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information about yourself and your content channels
• Comply with all applicable laws and the terms of service of any connected social media platform (including TikTok's Community Guidelines and Branded Content Policy)
• Disclose any sponsored content in accordance with FTC guidelines and applicable regulations
• Not misrepresent your audience size, engagement metrics, or content reach
• Maintain content standards consistent with Lifinity's brand guidelines when engaged in a partnership

05tiktok integration

The Platform may connect to TikTok's APIs to facilitate creator discovery and outreach. By connecting your TikTok account, you authorize Lifinity to access certain account data as permitted by TikTok's platform policies. We will only use this data for the purposes described in our Privacy Policy.

Lifinity is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by TikTok or ByteDance Ltd. All TikTok trademarks belong to their respective owners.

06intellectual property

All content, branding, and materials on the Platform, including but not limited to the Lifinity name, logo, and design elements, are the property of Lifinity, Inc. and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Creators retain ownership of their original content. By participating in a campaign, creators grant Lifinity a limited, non-exclusive license to use, display, and promote the agreed-upon content for marketing purposes as specified in individual collaboration agreements.

07prohibited conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations
• Scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Platform without written permission
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation
• Transmit any harmful, offensive, or unauthorized content through the Platform
• Interfere with the security or integrity of the Platform or its underlying systems

08disclaimers

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Lifinity does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

Nothing on this Platform constitutes medical advice. Lifinity's products are intended for use only under the supervision of a licensed healthcare provider.

09limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lifinity, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.

10indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Lifinity, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.

11modifications

Lifinity reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by updating the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12governing law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Oregon, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Multnomah County, Oregon.
